Topdressing is the application of a thin layer of material (usually no more than one-quarter-inch to one-half-inch onto the turf surface). Topdressing is an effective way to modify thatch, smooth the turf surface, and even improve internal drainage when applied after core aerification. We use state-of-the-art topdressing equipment to apply a sand mixture in a universal fashion across the turf area.
